Welcome to NFS the multi facilities business that offers a wide number of services within in the Facilities management arena.

The main aim of the business is to offer firstly unrivalled customer service and satisfaction with flexibility to suit our customers needs. We provide a whole host of services to ensure our commercial and domestic customers alike have the option to deal with their facilities needs in a more efficient way having one point of contact for a whole host of practical and efficient services in one place eradicating the need for lots of different numbers and email addresses for different services we aim to provide as many of these services as we can either ourselves or through our list of trusted contractors.

The business was founded in 2019 by Timothy Nichols who has worked in the facilities management arena for some 15years plying his trade in a multitude of different disciplines for a number of National Fm businesses in the uk. The idea for the business came when the need for a more customer focused approach to the way fm services are carried out and through learning that lots of customers would prefer to have as many services under one roof as possible removing the need for lots of phone numbers and email addresses.

We offer Contract cleaning,Window cleaning (both pole fed system and traditional) Carpet cleaning services,Handyman services and a wide range of end of tenancy services including Clearances and cleans and oven cleaning. We also offer Grounds maintenance services.

Aswell as offering contracted services we can also make any of our services adhoc to ensure complete flexibility and convenience to you.
